At HYAKU, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

  • Items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Final sale and discounted items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We monitor return activity to prevent abuse. If excessive or fraudulent returns are detected, HYAKU reserves the right to refuse future return requests.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • A valid original invoice (PayPal confirmation or HYAKU order confirmation) is required. Requests without an invoice will not be processed.
  • Customers should retain their invoices for future reference.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos to request a replacement or refund.
Refunds & Shipping Costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers must cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns may be denied if the product is damaged, missing parts, or improperly packaged.
  • If an order is refused or unclaimed upon delivery, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.


Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval. Once issued, the refund will reflect in your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
