Skin lotion-derived Moisturizing Cleansing Water for thorough eye makeup removal
This product contains a moisturizing ingredient usually found in skin lotion that has high affinity with oily ingredients of makeup.
The moisturizing/cleansing ingredients, which quickly ""float"" and wrap oil-based makeup, you can easily remove eye makeup without rubbing, keeping the eye area fresh and moisturized.
1. Shake well before open.
2. Make sure the water-based and emollient layers are well mixed, apply generously onto a cotton.
3. Place moistened cotton on eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds.
4. Wipe gently, without rubbing and tugging as product blends well with eye makeup; there is no need for rubbing hard.
